Well, I questioned whether this would be a Happy New Year and it has not been for many key ECPW personnel as the new General Manager, Doug DeVito has begun creating havoc throughout ECPW. He ridiculed Gino Caruso at the last TV Taping as DeVito purposely spilled a drink and then immediately called out for his new porter to clean up the mess. His new porter happened to be Gino Caruso. Later on DeVito removed me from the broadcast table and upset ECPW announcer Big Mike Lawrence so much with his ridicule and unnecessary tirade that Big Mike left the booth visibly upset and in tears. Will DeVito take him back? That remains to be seen. DeVito is drunk with power and abusing everyone.
It has been rumored that Doug DeVito is now involved in the renewing of a few ECPW wrestlers contracts including ECPW Heavyweight Champion Jeff “The Future” Coleman. Coleman’s contract has expired and DeVito will not allow Coleman to wrestle, but as of yet has not signed him to a new contract. This is absolute insanity. Is the maniac DeVito just going to let Coleman walk? This could be a master plan that DeVito is scheming, to get the prestigious Heavyweight Championship belt in his stable. DeVito promises to address this issue as well as other issues at the next TV Taping at the Elks Lodge in Paramus on Friday, February 17th. Wrestling fans, the next TV Taping should be a doozy. I know I will be looking forward to see what’s in store for ECPW at the next TV Taping. We have been promised some important announcements from the new General Manager. This should make for a very interesting night.
